How Our Webinars Work
The webinars are built as subsets of the self-study and classroom programs. They offer practical examples on the subject matter for businesses within the Capital Goods Industry. The webinar is not a theory exercise it is a practical presentation with audio commentary throughout. The focus is consistent with our work in that it is aimed at systems and process productivity, market penetration and profitability.
In each session the group will be varied which allows differing perspectives and the participants will be able to understand other options to similar solutions. The presentation is sent to each participant for use within their day to day job performance.
Consistent with all Quest offerings there is an evaluation of each session so that we can continue to develop products that meet the needs and wants of management in the Product Support disciplines. Rounding out the experience we encourage each participant to submit to us, anything that they have implemented, at their dealership, gained from this course. The webinar content is continuing to evolve with the next iteration coming soon which will allow the employee to view the webinar over the internet at a time that is convenient to them. The only drawback to this method is the question and answer period during the presentation.
Ron is singularly good at what he does.
