Established in 1994 in California, Insight (M&R) Institute
is a partnership that provides consulting services to Industry
"Twenty" Groups. These groups are established with Dealers
that share a common Manufacturer and yet do not share territory
borders.
The
"Insight Management Groups" share financial information, operating
philosophies and ideas to improve each individual business.
The
main areas of interaction of the Insight Management Group
meetings are in:
Financial Composites
Through the use of a "neutralized" financial model we are
able to provide comparisons for the dealer members. Whether
it is for operating statements or balance sheets.
Focus
Sessions
Complementing the financial composite is a detailed operational
focus on a department. The dealers share experiences and Insight
brings current Industry thought to the group.
Dollar
Time
Presentations by the Dealer members of ideas that have been
implemented in their dealerships. They have either generated
revenue or reduced cost.
