registering online using the form below, be sure to fill out
the form completely. Quest, Learning Centers will use
the information you enter to reserve your spot in the class
and then to contact you to complete the registration process
and provide you with additional information, if neccessary.

Seminars
A-M @ $895.00 for AED Members / $10895.00 General Admission
All three levels @$2,500 (for AED Members only)
Payment is due at the time of registration. MasterCard and
Visa are welcome. Checks must be made payable to Quest, Learning
Centers, Inc. Cancellation 30 days or more prior to the course is
subject to a fee. No refund on cancellations within 30 days
of a class. Registration is on a first come, first reserved
basis, so register early!
